In March President Trump ambushed Volodymyr Zelenskyy in the oval office claiming that the Ukraine invited the Russian invasion. He offered no security guarantees while also demanding the bulk of Ukrainian mineral wealth. It was a media stunt and a trap. In this week’s video—which I just learned was demonetized by YouTube because it deals with “sensitive events”—I look at the history of nonproliferation agreements and how what is happening now resembles the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war that almost ended in nuclear armageddon.
