Scott. I finally gave in and subscribed. I have had so many subscriptions. I’ve been trying to minimize any new ones, but your work is too important for me to not support. I really enjoy what you’re doing although sometimes you do piss me off when you suddenly make me realize one of my favorite podcasters is a scam artist but I get over it! I’d like to suggest that an avenue for you to look at is some of the large foundations in America that are foundations devoted to research for different types of diseases however they are really shills for big pharmaceutical companies. The foundations primary focus purports to be bringing awareness to a certain disease and funding research, however, with all the billions porting into research there been no cures for any of these diseases. However, the cures are really just billion dollar pharmaceutical products that people are forced to take the rest of their lives in order to, slow down their death from the disease. I personally serve and have served on a couple of these foundations since I am a lung disease patient. I have seen the inside of these organizations and what they really care about. I know you have many topics that you can dive into, but I think there’s some major organizations in the US that bear scrutiny. All the best to you and keep up the good work.

I've actually written broadly on this topic quite a bit. In my books The Wedge, WDKU and, to some degree, The Red Market.

Also your interview on the Mike Hansen podcast was great! Not sure why Mike was apologizing for "not diving deeper into the medical science" when the whole subject and point of that interview was about the grift and the character of the new age medical influencers, not so much about the fake science. I think he was a bit worried that he may fall into that category, which obviously he doesn't. Also a normal thinking logical person understands that there are nuances in everything, nothing is black and white. It can get tiresome for one to keep constantly repeating that. Just my two cents. Anyway, thank you for your honesty!

Thanks! I really like Dr. Mike. And I agree the apology was weird.

Scott, as always, fascinating! Thank you for this. At about minute 27-31 David Sirota is muted and there is no sound. Maybe you can fix this for your YouTube release? Although if the sound was not recorded, I am not sure how it can be done. One can hope. Thanks!
