Why is it okay for the only country that actually dropped 2 nuclear bombs on civilians to actively usurp other’s rights to have a nuclear weapon? If USA really wanted peace in the Middle East then why did USA gave the Israelis weapons of mass destruction and blueprints to make atom bombs? Hard water, a necessity to produce the weapon was smuggled into Israel via Norway and now USA is providing logistical support to mass murder Palestinians? The biggest threat to democracies is not Iran but rather USA and Israel.

Also, all the media hype around trump’s apparently failed attack needs to chill out or it is just going to encourage him to attack again and then most certainly drag us into a war that nobody wants.

Yes, looking at Libya and Ukraine for a couple of examples of countries that let go of their programs, it appears that procuring a nuclear weapon would be the best safeguard against foreign military assault. I do however think that if Israel was required to get rid of their nukes, the middle east at large would agree to nonproliferation.
